OSVC has an open membership and we cater for all levels of skill. So if you are a complete novice and new to the game, someone who played years ago or a seasoned pro, you are all welcome to join us.
Currently, the annual membership fee is £5.00. Indoor volleyball is financed by a pay-as-you-play system.
The OSVC runs outdoor volleyball sessions, social events and entry into local outdoor tournaments.
If you would like to join us please drop the Chairman an email. Our Chairman will then contact you and invite you to come along to one of our training sessions.
Our training is split in to two seasonal regimes;
- Summer months we play on Southampton Common, see here for details. All games are free and all abilities are welcome to join us (weather permitting of course).
- Winter months we currently train at Oasis Academy Lordshill (Formally Oaklands School), on Wednesdays 5.30pm to 7.25pm. Your first session is free. After that, if you wish to join the club, please speak to the Coach or Chairman. They will then hand you over to our lovely Treasurer, Jim.
